The clubhouse kitchen is small but complete — with a refrigerator, four-burner cooktop, two wall ovens, and good counter space. Recent updating makes for a light and airy work space.

Rental Season: April 1 to October 31
The lawn bowling green and clubhouse are available for a limited number of private events, from April through October. We ask for a minimum of 10 to 14 days advance notice of the rental date and cannot guarantee your choice of dates until your reservation is confirmed. Please read the Event Information Sheet to see if this venue will work with your group.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
If you are looking for an indoor meeting or social space without lawn bowling, the clubhouse accommodates up to 60 guests for theatre-style seating and 45 for dining. There is an attached kitchen that contains a refrigerator, two ovens, and an electric stove top. An outside patio and a covered area can accommodate 30 more people. The clubhouse can be rented separately from the green.
LAWN BOWLING GREEN
The lawn bowling green can accommodate a maximum of 42 - 50 (with prior arrangement) guests. The price includes use of the clubhouse and an instructor for your group along with the use of lawn bowls. Additional helpers will be there to assist as you begin to learn the fun and challenging sport of lawn bowling. Please note that the game is not appropriate for children under 12 years of age.
Steps for scheduling and paying for an event rental
1) Please fill out the form below with the details for your event. Once received one of our event coordinators will contact you and provide an initial cost estimate, deposit required, and answer any questions you may have. You will also be sent a rental agreement.
2) Sign and email back the rental agreement and make the initial deposit on the Payments page or by check.
3) Once the event takes place and the exact costs are known, you will be provided with the final cost which you can pay by credit card or with a check.
